With analyzing each solution, and weighing them across the criteria.

Solution #1 definitely beats out Solution #2.

Based off my criteria alone, Solution #1 is inexpensive, provides ease in implementation, is definitely not a risk, and is overall consistent with keeping up on expansion in technology. And to be quite frank, the solution is a safe and smart route to handle the problem that we face.

Not to mention, that Solution #1 is targeting directly the generations that are greatly influenced by the technology. In which allows for the people in those years to make a decision to be an active member in making a difference within their lives and others.

Most importantly, Solution #1 is educating previous generations and the ones to come, in discussing the options of safety in our advancements in technology, or how far are we willing to push our limits. The members of the organization are talking about how it affects your mental health.

Solution #2 is definitely a way to get people starting, but Solution #1 speaks on the behalf of not only the members of the organization, but as well as for the people who listen in the halls of the school.
