This proposal is designed to bring awareness to a daunting problem that affects our daily interactions.

The problem at stake is that as individuals we have created these social permanent linkages through different social media platforms. Where as the world begins to shrink and everything is exposed.

The exposure has affected the mental health of younger generations and are strongly influencing their behavior. With social media being a representation of the best qualities of your life; there is a pressure that begins to develop when creating posts or adding information to the web.

Interpersonal problems such as social anxiety, social awkwardness, and depression has arisen due to this connected world. Therefore, the approach of my two solutions were facilitated in self-reflective practices.

Solution #1 represents an organization called the 'Futurist Club'. Which is an implementation that I developed in order to handle the issue. Essentially club members will be the advocates of the mental risks and benefits that being involved in an interconnected world. Sharing ideas, technological advancements and other information pertaining to field of technology. The main purpose behind the clubs' motives is that it allows its member to participate in actively searching tech news and projects that they have reflected upon and can present information regarding the topic.

Solution #2 represents a gaming mobile application that incorporates a task-manager list. The background behind the application is that it allows for its users to prioritize setting goals and tasks in a fun and exciting way. Management of those skills have been able to show growth in improving self-awareness. Overall the solution itself, targets the users who essentially try to isolate themselves from the outside world by bringing an application onto their devices.

The criteria to narrow down the best solution out of the two included the implementation time, as well as the cost, relevancy, potential, and maintenance.

And based off the results of the criteria, Solution #1 outweighed Solution #2 due to its ability to be a safer option in the expanding field of technology.

In the reflection on the entity of this project, conducting research and analyzing data has opened my eyes to how serious the problem is to the upcoming generations. And by all means it is extremely important to identify this issue to the youth, because they are the future and saviors of tomorrow. Therefore, actions need to be taken and a solution must be implemented, because technology is only getting more massive!
